How would we look as a committee……
Two Co-chairs (one to call and run meetings and network externally representing the association, and one to work with all admins e.g. leading decision-making about what goes on the website)
Membership Lead (to look after membership, internal communication and minutes)
Support Lead (to look after the tech side of: teams, a website and email address setup; to put things on teams and the website)
Business Lead (to look after membership fees and a bank account, and possibly later to look after receipt of funds from MoE, and using those funds to employ people to develop/write resources- both paper-based and online)
Compliance Lead (to look after strategy, the application to become a NEX, the application to NZQA for programme approval and provider accreditation, possible future PLD-provision applications to MoE for funding to develop resources)
Resource Lead (and later development of resources, and distribution / making available the resources – at no cost if we are using MoE funds)
Assessment Lead
Programme Lead for initial development as well? To look after the initial writing of programmes,
