The Aotearoa Foundation Skills and Pathways Association (AFSAPA) seeks to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective pathways through secondary education for rangatahi who have a variety of challenges, including neurodevelopmental, low reading age (6-11 years), social-emotional-behavioural. To do this, the Association will advocate for these rangatahi as a group, provide support to member organisations and individuals, develop programmes and resources, and act as a hub for other groups and agencies that connect to this mahi.
