To start up a database of schools who are: 

• Underway for 2022 re a programme approval application 

• Working on the idea of providing a programme 

• Making enquiries

-The domain name is www.afsapa.co.nz, email currently being activated and will be confirmed this afternoon.  Thomas is just ironing out some issues with linking the email domain and provider.  

-The website is currently only able to be viewed with the password ‘afsapa’ and can only be edited by contributors when logging in to SquareSpace. It will not be live until we choose to publish.  Anyone of the committee can be invited to be contributors, and there may be others who are keen to develop sections of the site.  Members can request via Lea or Esther, who have started developing the site. 

-The total annual cost for the domain hosting and set up is $302.18 + $29.90.  Esther has paid this for now and can be reimbursed at some stage.  The invoice and payment details are on the website and these can be produced when needed.  

-The site has the potential to have a members only area, and scope to include all the other things we discussed (blog etc).  One thing we may want to consider as we grow, is a an online payment provider.  This will incur extra cost with the online payment provider.  Initially we can just use the bank account, what do the committee think?  We may want to be able to process online payments once we have resources available for purchase, and our membership grows.
